Every week, we challenge ourselves to write, edit, research, market, produce, direct or publish at least fifteen pages (or hours) of creative work, usually our own projects, but they can also be jobs done for other people. If we're not able to keep up with this level of output, we're temporarily -- and gently -- booted from the group and given an open invitation to swim back after a week.

We’re a small group of fiction authors, screenwriters, playwrights and poets who thrive on mutual accountability. Our work has been produced for the stage and screen and published in several formats. Broadly speaking, we write commercial work in that our aim is publication and payment. But we’ve never looked down our nose at a good literary novel, experimental play or art house film.
